Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• items must be unworn and unused
• items must be in original condition
• tags and hygiene seals (where applicable) must remain intact

Hygiene & Intimate Products

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, earrings, and intimate products may not be eligible for return once opened or worn.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to offer:

• a replacement
• store credit
• or a refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
