How long does delivery take?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping on selected products.

Do you offer free shipping?

No. We do not currently offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse or directly from our trusted UK suppliers.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, all orders include tracking. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return lingerie or intimate items?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, shapewear and other intimate items can only be returned if they are unworn, unopened, and in their original condition, unless faulty.

Will my order be packaged discreetly?

Yes. Orders are packaged carefully and discreetly.
