Please note:

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

• For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, shapewear, and other intimate items cannot be returned if worn, washed, tried on, or if hygiene seals have been removed, unless the item is faulty.

• Opened supplements and final sale items are non-returnable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
